Shipping Terms :
A. All orders will be shipped from our distribution center in America.
B. All merchandise is sold FOB (freight on board) our warehouse in Tennessee.
C. All freight charges need to be paid by buyer.
D. All freight charges to and from harbor need to be paid by buyer.
E. All bank charges for L/C (letter of credit) inside and outside USA needs to be paid by buyer.
F. Cargo insurance needs to be provided by buyer.
G. If there is any other charges involved will need to be paid by the buyer.
H. All shipments before leaving our distribution centers would be checked for damage or brokerage, however accidents happen in shipping, therefore at the time of receiving you should make claim through the shipping company and make sure the driver makes a note on the bill lading before he leaves.
Cancellation Policy:
All orders are final, NO cancellations, NO refunds and NO returns. NO exceptions.
Damages or Breakage:
SuperImporter.com inspects each order to ensure goods are intact prior to shipping. SuperImporter.com is not responsible for damages or breakage especially “glass items” during shipping. If breakage occurs, contact the shipping entity for your claim.
What does CIF mean?
CIF is the trade term for Cost, Insurance and Freight as designated by the International Chamber of Commerce and the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 500).
What are Incoterms 2000?
Incoterms are standard trade definitions most commonly used in international sales contracts. Devised and published by the International Chamber of Commerce, they are at the heart of world trade.
Does the sale price include shipping?
No. We ship to ports of call worldwide. International shipments usually require three modes of transport: truck, rail, and ocean. Because CIF is determined by cost, insurance, and freight, we first offer the sale price for the equipment. We then arrange carriage up to the named port once the buyer has made the payment for their order (freight). Insurance is purchased for the shipment at the time of container loading. We will quote a price for the carriage by email that includes insurance up to the port of discharge. The buyer must arrange (and pay for) carriage beyond the port of discharge. This is often referred to as "on-carriage".
May I nominate my own forwarder or arrange shipping for my order?
No. We work with forwarders that use proven carriers and provide all inclusive service up to the port of discharge. Your order is important to us and we want to make sure that the cargo is positioned into the ocean container as quickly as possible. Under the responsibilities of CIF, we arrange all carriage up to the named port. We take this responsibility very seriously and want to minimize the risk of loss or damage for both parties.
Will you ship cargo without insurance?
No. CIF requires the seller to purchase insurance for the minimum amount of coverage. This insuring term is sometimes referred to as free of particular average (FPA).
What is the price to ship my order?
We will provide the lowest price available to ship your order from our select forwarding agents. For the majority of destinations these prices will be quoted to you by email within two business days of the purchase order. Air and Ocean equipment and transportation availability within the U.S. will affect when the order is stuffed into the ocean or air container and the cut-off time to reach the U.S. port of departure.
I'm interested in purchasing equipment and haven't placed an order yet. Can you give me an estimate of the shipping charges?
Yes, but we cannot give a universal price for all shipments. Every shipment is different depending on (but not limited to) variables such as the amount of drayage (trucking), rail, U.S. port of departure, and ocean carrier. If you want an estimate for the shipping to a particular destination please note the product_id number for the equipment and the port of destination and email the request to us or simply try to order the product on our website and use the shipping estimate feature when ordering.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Transit times vary depending on the port of departure, air transfortation schedules, ocean carrier, season, cutoff date (from the rail or truck to the ocean terminal). The ocean container is loaded after the payment terms have been met. The booking details for the vessel and voyage will be emailed once the container has been loaded.
